About the role
We're hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join a team that values clarity, ownership, and craft over noise. You'll work alongside engineers who treat the brief as a starting point, ship things that have to work the first time, and operate in a culture that prefers writing things down to swarming meetings.
This is a permanent position with security-cleared work; we sponsor clearance for the right candidate. Office attendance varies by team — your hiring manager will be clear about expectations on day one.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery of one or more critical subsystems
- Partner with adjacent teams on integration
- Document decisions for audit traceability
- Mentor more junior engineers
What we ask
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Eligibility for security clearance (we sponsor)
- Comfort working across hardware/software boundaries
